LOVE THIS TABLE! It's a great height, great finish, and customer service was so easy to deal with. The first table shipped arrived severely damaged. All we had to do was refuse delivery, and they sent us a new one. Did I mention that I LOVE THIS TABLE? We did not buy the chairs that "go" with it, since I didn't like the material or color options. Not the real thing, only stoneware, not pyroceramic
I have about 6 of these made of the original Corning pyroceramic and we use them all the time to reheat foods. However, these as shown are not the "real thing."

The original "French White" Corningware was made of Corning's famous pyroceramic glass, which could be used on the gas stove, put directly in the freezer, put under the broiler right from the freezer, and oh yes, also used in a microwave. And it was very unlikely to shatter if dropped. If you pounded on it with a hammer and nail you might have gotten it to break.

When World Kitchens bought the license from Corning, they decided to halt production of a line of cookware that would take anything and last forever, and dupe customers, especially brides, into thinking the stoneware "French White" was the same thing as the wonderful French White pyroceramic cookware previously available to their mothers and sisters.

Slight deception
I was a little surprised/disapointed with the dish dimentions. I can promise you the dish is NOT two inches deep (more like 1 1/2 inches. Also like the larger (2 1/2 qt), french white dish I ordered at the same time the bottom of the dish is unglazed, and very rough (and will scratch up your counters).
Not real CorningWare
This item is not like the original CorningWare. A company called World Kitchens bought the rights to the CorningWare name and uses it on stoneware products. The product is made in China, not Corning, NY. My real complaint is the limited utility of the dishes. A sheet that comes with the dishes warns not to use them under a broiler, under a microwave browning element, in a toaster oven, or any other direct heating source. Obviously, they can't be used to make creme brulee or even shrimp scampi.

FANTASTIC!!
I had been shopping my local furniture stores in search of a cool counter height dining set for months. I had not found anything that came close to the elegant look of this set, especially for such a low price. After coming back to Amazon to look at this listing over and over again, I finally decided to order it. I had so many worries about purchasing furniture based only on how good it appeared in the online photos. Also, there were no customer reviews. I wondered if the chairs would be flimsy, cheaply made & scary to sit on? What if the table was wobbly? Would the granite top be less than impressive in real-life?... Well I'm very pleased to report that the answer to all of these questions is, emphatically, "NO!!" These pieces are heavy, sturdy, substantial and just absolutely gorgeous. Exactly like picture, Marble NOT Granite.
The table and chairs are beautiful and exactly like the photograph.
Before the item was shipped to me, I received a phone call;
the table is Marble NOT Granite. After some deliberation, I purchased anyhow.
This will result in much higher maintenance and worry over the care of the table.
While I wish I had a granite top, the set is beautiful and I am glad to own it.
Marble 9 piece table
This is an excellent table set and the price was the best price I found anywhere. You do put it together on your own. The table was very easy to assemble but be sure to have help; Very heavy! :) The only trouble I ran into was with the chairs. A few of them didn't go together quite right. Husband had to shave down the little piece used to connect the wood braces to the legs(not sure what they are called, small little wooden pieces)so that there was no gap. Two of the chairs a little wobbly as well. Also, sticker came on it that said Marble, not Granite.
I do love the set even with the little set back. It is very beautiful and worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone who has patience to put it together.

Great purchase
I ordered these chairs with concern because I had never ordered anything like this before on line especially that I would have to assemble myself. The chairs came perfectly packed in perfect condition. Assembly was very simple. It did take a little time to assemble them. But everyone that sees the chairs comment on how beautiful they are and comfortable. They go great with my table. I will order from this company again.

Good-looking, comfortable chairs, but not the most durable
I did some research on the Web to determine what "bycast leather" is. According to what I found on the Web, it's a thin layer of real leather covered with a layer of polyurethane. One advantage of bycast over "real" leather is that food spills can be easily wiped off of the polyurethane surface without staining the leather. It looks like real leather to me, and it even smells like real leather. It's too soon to know how durable the bycast leather will be over the long term.

It took me about an hour to assemble the four chairs that I bought. They are quite comfortable. Visiondecor shipped them to me very quickly.

Update: After a little less than two years, one of the seams in the bycast leather on one of the chairs has started to come apart. Because of that, I am reducing my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars, and I'm updating the title of my review.
Exactly what I ordered
I ordered 4 of these chairs and recieved them all 6 days after I ordered. They arrived in boxes that were a little beat up. One hole in one box, tape was coming off, both boxes were significantly marked with black scuffs. However, once I opened the boxes, nothing was damaged and as I tore everything open, no parts were missing at all. There was some sort of white dust on the legs of the chairs, but it wiped right off with no problem. All together, the assembly took around 1 1/2 hours by myself with 4 chairs and making a few mistakes here and there. The diagram was a short 2 pictures but very easy to understand. When finished, the chairs look exactly as the picture shows. They're very sturdy and dont look cheap at all. Good price and good for a small-medium sized dining room.

Designer looks on a budget
I've seen chairs like this for $899 in furniture stores specializing in Italian designers...so this price ($100+shipping) for two chairs is incredibly low. I ordered 6 chairs and they are quick to assemble and look great..very comfortable seating as well,,good support in the back...have received very positive comments from everyone who has seen them so far.

It's a Win
I purchased these for our vacation home, which was already outfitted with Windsor style solid oak dining chairs. Those chairs are 20 years old and solid as a rock. I was hoping these bar stools would be a match. But I was afraid they might be rickety and cheap. It is just the opposite -- they are terrific, very solid and supportive. I am 235 pounds and never feel that they are tipsy or breakable. Putting the base on the seat can be a bit challenging for those with less than nimble fingers, but if you read the instructions and work slowly you will succeed. The swiveling action is just right. These stools look like they will be good for at least 20 years.

great looking barstools
I ordered two of the winsome wood barstools to place in my kitchen. They look really great and I am very happy with them. The only negative comment I have is that they were difficult to assemble, basically because the seats swivel and getting them lined up and attached was not easy even for my husband who is very strong. I have oak cabinets and woodwork in my kitchen and the finish on the barstools is a very good match with oak. Overall, I would recommend these barstools to anyone looking for a quality product at a reasonable price.
